Companies have to deal with the expenses that are made by their employees which are e.g made to get a work done or improve it. These expenses are usually reimbursed by submitting the receipts and related information to another employee who does the reimbursement. At the same time, this employee document the reimbursements and inform the management about them.
This project is about designing a responsive web-based platform that makes the reimbursement process easier, creates calendar-based documentation and provides overview of the overall expenses and process for the management.

This system visualization shows the demand of each user and how the platform provides them by the information it contains. The platform contains also templates (Vorlagen) which help user to enter receipt data easier. These templates are created by the user who does the reimbursement.
The form of receipts usually differ from each other according to information on them. Each of them convey their meaning by their form. In this project, it is thought to create the same connection through engaging visualization of digital receipts.
